They are crook's was told to order a part for artic cat four wheeler by mechanic very expensive part and they would not take part back two days after ordered when it was the wrong part they ordered I knew nothing about part or what it needed. Bad customer service do not recommend them

To be honest the do have a lot of hard to find parts, and I used to buy from this establishment as a matter of buying local. Sure the part prices were a bit higher, but I liked having an Kabota/Stihl/AC dealer in town. Strictly as dealer, I honestly have few complaints. However if you ever have to have service, buyer beware. Prepare for a bill that is much higher than your quote, much higher than the rates charged by any of other dealers of the brands they represent, and a repair that may or may not be done correctly. Don't trust this review , just find 3 people who have had service done by this shop. They will either say they have been ripped off, or you will come to that conclusion yourself after hearing the details. I was extremely surprised about how many people have similar stories. Buy there if you must, but for the love of all that is holy, get your service someplace reputable.
